A Technical Account Manager, or TAM, is your team’s key point of contact for managing your technical relationship with Igloo, and any technical challenges that need to be addressed by Igloo Customer Support. Your TAM’s job is to oversee these issues while ensuring that your team is 100% satisfied with Igloo’s world-class service.

A designated TAM will work collaboratively with you to:

  • Remove technology roadblocks
  • Manage escalations for any critical issues
  • Discuss goals and objectives to drive your business forward 
  • Advocate on your behalf within Igloo's Development and Product Strategy teams

Two levels of Technical Account Managers are available, Professional and Enterprise, to meet the cadence of review and support your organization requires.
